Are you passionate about health, fitness and community building? We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead our gym's growth into a vibrant health and wellness hub.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is genuinely invested in helping others lead healthier lives. As our Gym Manager, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of staff, ensuring they deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to the overall success of the gym.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of sales efforts, driving proactive member acquisition strategies and lead management to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop and implement retention strategies that foster positive relationships with current members, promoting loyalty and growth.
  • Oversee the club's cleanliness, organisation and aesthetic, maintaining a presentable and enjoyable environment for members.
  • Establish strong partnerships with local businesses, influencers and fitness professionals to host engaging community events.
  • Manage social media presence, creating compelling content with your team to attract new members and retain existing ones.
  • Provide guidance, training and performance feedback to maintain a high-performing team.
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for the fitness industry and a desire to make a meaningful impact on people's lives.
  • Proven experience in gym management or a similar leadership role within the fitness or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and member retention strategies.
  • Creativity and ability to think innovatively to create unique experiences for gym members.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Confidence in leading a team, making decisions and networking with stakeholders.
