Report Production Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that designs and produces high-quality survey reports for external parties. As a Report Production Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing new processes and enhancing existing ones to ensure efficient and effective report production.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Implementing new/enhanced process and controls for survey report production
* Producing survey reports and ensuring proper investigation and escalation of any exceptions encountered
* Providing SME best practice advisory to other functions on how to design and control survey report production

The successful candidate will have hands-on knowledge and experience with banking systems like MUREX and WSS. You should be able to build tools using Excel/VBA/Python and have strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are also required.

You will work closely with stakeholders to stay updated on market changes and understand various market products. Your ability to facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and provide best practice advisory will be essential in this role.
