We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reliability CMMS Administrator to join our team at Inghams Group Limited. As a key member of our Maintenance department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth running of our Flagship Further Processing Plant.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Maintenance department in the effective management and configuration of the Maximo system to support maintenance operations.
- Update and develop the CMMS platform to enable accurate details in job plans, including tasks, parts, time allocations, and resources.
- Drive preventative maintenance operations by supporting the planner in scoping and scheduling jobs.
- Assist with the roll-out of plans, tracking, and reporting work completion and task status.
- Work with the Planning team to provide meaningful analysis and reporting of inventory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Company policy and procedure, and establish, embed, and maintain best practice.
- Qualifications or experience in a relevant field such as business administration or engineering.
- Skills in areas like computerized maintenance management systems and Contractor/Vendor management.
- Demonstrated warehousing experience with strong inventory control skills.
- Experience with CMMS (Maximo).
- Excellent communication style with high-level interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and high levels of motivation and reliability.
- Immediate start.
