As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop, maintaining high productivity and efficiency, and providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of technicians and apprentices, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure they reach their full potential.
- Workshop Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that high-quality workmanship is maintained.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all clients are satisfied with the service they receive, and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Service Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Technical Expertise: Possess advanced diagnostic skills and be able to troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring that all repairs are completed to the highest standard.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with the Service Manager, technicians, and clients, ensuring that all parties are informed and up-to-date on workshop operations and customer needs.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Must be a qualified technician with extensive experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, advanced diagnostic skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Proven experience in a workshop management role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality service and improving productivity and efficiency.
