Your Next RoleWe're seeking a Senior Manager to lead the delivery of projects with a broad range of clients across the health industry. As a leader in our team, you'll have significant responsibilities for the effective running of the business and providing oversight and direction to the growing team.
You'll be passionate about the use of digital technology to improve outcomes for the consumers our clients serve. With a strong background in consulting or major program delivery, you'll have the expertise to direct a specialist team of consultants and drive high-quality client project proposals from investigation through pursuit and into successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of high-quality client project proposals from investigation through pursuit and into successful delivery.
- Lead the delivery of client projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and instructing the team on relevant methodologies and solutions.
- Initiate and maintain positive long-term relationships with clients and other stakeholders and contribute to thought leadership.
- Provide a significant contribution to business operations, and people development to support the continued growth of the business.
We're looking for someone with:
- Tertiary qualifications and demonstrated consulting experience or relevant experience working on strategic projects within health.
- Significant management consulting experience (including leading teams), ideally coupled with pharmaceutical industry experience including (but not limited to) commercial; supply chain, data and analytics, digital therapeutics, remote patient monitoring, business development, informatics.
- The ability to translate complex issues into simple steps and proposed solutions.
- A specialised understanding of Australia's health landscape and the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- Knowledge and understanding of health industry trends and technology.
- Proven experience in the application of technology solutions to business problems in large, complex organisations.
