Estimated Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$100,000 per annum

Job Description

This role requires a self-motivated and adaptable leader with proven leadership experience in the hospitality industry. You will have strong financial acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for travel, adventure, and sustainable tourism. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating a diverse team, fostering a positive and supportive work culture.
  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service.
  • Managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations, including housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance.
