Collision Repair Operations Director

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Repair Centre Manager.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Organising the workflow and production for the repair centre
- Ensuring high-quality repairs are completed within the agreed timeframe
- Developing and coaching team members to improve their skills and productivity
- Conducting quality assurance checks at each stage of the repair process and completing final sign-offs
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment at all times
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements for Success:
- Minimum two years' experience in a leadership role within a collision repair environment
- Trade qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting
- Strong inspirational leadership and people management skills
- A focus on site safety, workflow, and productivity
- A commitment to delivering exceptional quality and customer experiences
- The ability to coach and develop team members to improve their capabilities
