About The Role
We seek a Customer Service/HR Assistant graduate who can speak both English and Mandarin to join our team at our NSW site office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support payroll time keeping activities
- Assist with HR related duties
- Maintain policy documentation and updates
- Create and manage UKG accounts
- Provide backup staffing arrangements
- Manage customer service administration
- Oversight of remote customer service
- Verify customer service workflows
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Offer support to the team as needed
- Assist with special projects as required
Requirements:
- Recent graduate with a 485 visa
- Good communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Prior work experience is an advantage
- Having your own vehicle is an advantage
- MUST be fluent in both English and Mandarin
