Sales Developer Role

We are seeking a talented Sales Developer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth and success.

About the Role:

  • Act quickly on marketing qualified leads (MQLs) from events, trade shows, demo requests, and other marketing activities.
  • Use a consultative approach to qualify prospects and identify business opportunities, moving them into the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with account executives across APAC to create and progress opportunities.
  • Progress prospects through the sales pipeline, maintaining high activity levels without breaching service level agreements.
  • Nurture leads when necessary, maintaining consistent follow-up and building rapport.
  • Work closely with marketing to optimize lead management processes and provide feedback.
  • Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and pipeline contribution.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • A university degree in any field of study.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to engage with prospects.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and a proactive approach to workload.
  • A positive, energetic attitude and a willingness to learn about complex technologies.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce or other relevant software.
  • Prior inside sales experience, especially in technology or software.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools or workflows.
  • A growth mindset and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced organization.
  • Fluency in another language.
