**Job Overview**:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail marketing specialist to join our team. As a key member of our 7-person Australia/New Zealand marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive sales and engage customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Build and execute marketing strategies to promote our brand and products in-store
  • Work closely with our national and local retail teams to ensure cohesive execution of marketing initiatives
  • Analyse data to inform decision-making and optimise campaign performance
  • Collaborate with designers, digital specialists, and visual merchandisers to ensure our marketing efforts meet global standards

**Requirements**:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on in-store/retail, campaigns, product launches, and executing events
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in analysing and interpreting data to make informed decisions
  • Good communicator who can have a chat with just about anybody
  • Experience working with digital marketers is preferred but not essential
  • Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering results
