We are seeking an experienced Handyman to undertake upkeep and repair tasks for our buildings.

The primary purpose of this role is to carry out a range of maintenance activities, including reactive and planned maintenance, as well as general repairs and maintenance throughout various areas within the buildings.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Carpentry trade: undertaking all aspects of carpentry work, including reactive and planned maintenance
  • Customer service: providing efficient and effective customer service to stakeholders
  • Maintenance and light repairs: performing maintenance and light repairs, including painting, tiling, plastering, minor plumbing, concreting, fencing and other tasks
  • Administration: obtaining quotes, scheduling and assisting tradespeople with required jobs, identifying and reporting the need for major repairs and ensuring safety compliance

The ideal candidate will have a Trade Certificate in Carpentry, a Construction Induction Card and experience in resort, commercial maintenance, remedial and construction. They will also possess excellent organisational, communication, time management and customer service skills.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of work quality, taking pride in your work and being able to multitask, problem-solve and work accurately and efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

  • Trade Certificate in Carpentry
  • Construction Induction Card
