Service Delivery Manager

The Team Leader position involves overseeing operational service delivery teams to ensure high-quality services and support for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage the delivery of accommodation support and respite services, focusing on high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement in line with Human Service Quality Standards and our Governance Structure.
- Provide leadership and supervision to operational staff members to guarantee delivery of high-quality support to people with intellectual disabilities.
- Establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including individuals with disabilities, families, guardians, other government agencies, and non-government organizations.
- Maintain awareness of and monitor adherence to all relevant legislative requirements, departmental policies, and guidelines.
- Operational experience in community care or a related field.
- Leadership and management skills, including supervising and mentoring staff members.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
