We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to lead our promotional activities in the mining and oil & gas industry.
This role involves planning and implementing proactive promotional strategies, including technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars, educational material, and project development. You will be responsible for creating plans for target audience visits and conducting regular status reviews, analyzing insights and output of the visits.
As Segment lead for mining and Oil & Gas nationally, you will support local technical promotion specialists within this segment. Establishing effective long-term relationships with target group customers is essential to understand their needs and ensure they are well-informed about our product offerings, features, and benefits.
To succeed in this role, you must have at least 5 years' experience in business development within the mining and oil & gas industry. Ability to demonstrate experience in running large project opportunities with multiple stakeholders is crucial. Previous experience in CRM platforms such as Salesforce is beneficial. A degree in electrical engineering or equivalent is required, and you should be comfortable communicating in English.
The work model for this role is hybrid, offering a balance between work and personal life. We value open conversations about workload, work hours, and availability, ensuring work commitments are balanced with personal wellbeing.
