About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Asset Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our advisory unit, you will leverage your extensive expertise in facilities and asset management to deliver high-value asset advisory services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Asset & Facilities Management Advisory
  • Evaluate and report on asset and facilities management delivery models to optimize performance and efficiency
  • Benchmark FM and asset management practices against industry standards to ensure best-in-class service delivery
  • Review lifecycle and whole-of-life cost models to inform strategic decision-making
  • Deliver due diligence reports for asset and FM services within PPP frameworks to support client objectives
Procurement Support
  • Guide clients through transitions into and out of FM/AM delivery models to ensure seamless service continuity
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to prepare comprehensive procurement and contracting documentation to meet their needs
  • Lead and facilitate stakeholder workshops and presentations to foster effective communication and collaboration
Contract Administration
  • Deliver evaluation reports for operational planning documents to inform business decisions
  • Advise clients on all aspects of FM/AM contract administration to ensure compliance and optimal service delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of timely and accurate completion of timesheets and adherence to occupational health & safety and anti-discrimination policies
  • Strong skills in general office operations and ability to support as required
