As an Assistant Property Manager at JLL's Perth office, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional property management services to a prominent Government client. Leveraging your meticulous attention to detail and strong administrative skills, you will provide crucial support to our Senior Property and Facilities Management team.

This unique opportunity offers a distinctive portfolio, which includes the management of remote tropical islands, providing exciting prospects for occasional travel to these amazing locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing accounts payable and administrative support to the Senior Property and Facilities Management team, ensuring compliance with corporate requirements for audits and risk management.
  • Liaising with Contractors, Tenants, and Government stakeholders to address building maintenance requirements.
  • Assisting with all portfolio and building reporting commitments.
  • Assisting with the preparation of budgets, outgoings recoveries, forecasts, and graphs.
  • Issuing purchase orders and setting up contracts in PAMS.
  • Monitoring and actively pursuing rental arrears.
  • Coding creditor tax invoices.
  • Assisting in the Rent Review process.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within a leading real estate company.
