Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our frontline fuel team. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences that keep customers coming back.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver brilliant customer service to keep EG customers returning
  • Promote products and exciting in-store deals
  • Operate point of sale systems and assist with fuel and stock deliveries
  • Maintain a safe working environment at all times
  • Ensure effective merchandising and stock control for premium store presentation

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
  • A confident, energetic approach to each shift
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive communicator and solutions-focused team player
