Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of product formulation. Your expertise in galenic forms, creativity, digital experience, and collaborative skills will be essential in driving success.

Develop new formulations for existing products, improve existing ones, and ensure high-quality and effective results through research, experiments, and testing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory and quality standards, project timing and budget targets.

  • Develop and optimize pharmaceutical/nutraceutical formulations for various dosage forms.
  • Evaluate new raw materials, conduct stability studies, and apply statistical methods to enhance product development efficiency.
  • Participate in scale-up processes from laboratory to pilot and production scale, ensuring optimized formulations for manufacturing.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including experimental records, reports, and protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a closely related discipline.
  • Proven track record in developing product formulations and processes for nutraceutical products, preferably with at least 3 years of experience.
