Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform regular garden maintenance tasks, such as pruning, weeding, and mulching.
  • Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload materials, plants, and equipment from vehicles, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field (desired but not essential).
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor and adapt to varying weather conditions.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to quality results.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license, white card, national police check (or willingness to obtain).
