About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team at Elements of Byron, a luxury resort offering world-class spa facilities and unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional massages and treatments to our guests, demonstrating a passion for health, healing, and wellbeing.
  • Work closely with our Spa Manager to ensure exceptional customer service and a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Be knowledgeable about our spa products and treatments, including Lagaia and Waterlily, and provide expert advice to our guests.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a spa therapist within a resort or hotel environment.
  • Hold a professional qualification in Remedial Massage (Cert IV/Diploma) and preferably also in Beauty (Cert IV/Diploma).
  • Be experienced and confident in delivering facial and body treatments, including pregnancy massage and treatments.
  • Have a calm and nurturing approach when interacting with clients, with excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in retail sales and customer service.
