**Key Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will lead all aspects of the marketing mix, collaborating with colleagues and agencies to develop and execute impactful strategies that elevate our brands within the industry.

- **Brand Development**: Develop a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our company's vision and positions our products as the go-to choice for culinary professionals.

- **Market Intelligence**: Stay ahead of market trends, consumer preferences, and industry developments to keep our brands relevant and competitive.

- **Digital Presence**: Manage our online presence, including social media platforms and website, ensuring new content is posted regularly and effectively engages the target audience.

- **Product Promotion**: Ensure all marketing and POS materials are accessible and up to date, leading trade exhibitions and product launches with precision and flair.

- **Marketing Initiatives**: Devise and implement captivating marketing campaigns that generate leads and create buzz and excitement.

- **Brand Integrity**: Safeguard our brands' identity and integrity, ensuring messaging and visuals stay true to our brand values.

**Requirements**

- Proven experience in a marketing role in a commercial orientated industry.

- A degree qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies that drive brand growth and market share.

- Passion for food and an understanding of foodservice/hospitality industry dynamics.

- Creativity and a flair for marketing; graphic design skills considered highly advantageous.

- Analytical mindset and high attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
