Quality Assurance Coordinator

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of furniture upholstery and experience in furniture polishing.

About the Role:
  • Inspect all delivery items to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Ensure all checks are registered for items that require further attention to meet quality standards
  • Carry out product restorations if required
  • Ensure any issues are recorded for analysis and reported to Management
  • Assist in the preparation of customer items before delivery, including basic furniture assembly and testing of functions
  • Report and update product information in the database as required
  • Provide regular support and training to service technicians
About You:
  • You must have previous experience in furniture polishing and a sound understanding of furniture upholstery
  • Able to guide and train a team of service technicians
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Must have a can-do attitude and be willing to learn
