Clinical Team Leader Job Overview

Job Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and implement strategies for ensuring the sustainability and growth of the service through diligent work with funding, care planning, and community engagement.
  • Lead all clinical services in accordance with established processes and policies.
  • Provide quality care services and professional practice while overseeing continuous improvement activities in clinical and lifestyle services.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of clinical documentation and coordinate scheduled audits and indicators.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or Australian recognised equivalency.
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse.
  • Previous senior clinical care experience in the health sector, particularly in aged care.
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills.
  • A sound understanding of care assessment in the aged care sector and AN-ACC use.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in various IT applications.
