**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead our recruitment efforts in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering integrated talent solutions across multiple sourcing channels.

To excel in this role, you will need to be a passionate and skilled people person with excellent relationship-building skills.

You will also require current recruitment market knowledge and a pipeline of talent in the Melbourne market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all contract negotiations
  • Support the recruitment approval process
  • Liaise with finance/payroll to prepare and deliver new employer contracts

Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop strong and trusted relationships.

Deliver an exceptional recruitment experience through effective communication and stakeholder management.
