Individuals seeking a fulfilling career in disability support will be drawn to this role as a dedicated advocate for people with complex care needs.

Duties may vary according to the unique requirements of each client, encompassing personal care assistance, domestic duties, and community access services. Key responsibilities include providing showering, dressing, grooming, and medication aid, as well as housework, laundry, and meal preparation.

**Essential criteria**:

- Possess a valid NDIS Worker Check
- Hold a Working with Children Check
- Be certified in First Aid
- Have working rights in Australia
- Maintain a reliable insured vehicle and hold a Driver Licence

**Preferred but not essential**:

- Industry experience will be highly regarded, particularly within person-centered disability care and Acquired Brain Injury settings
