Software Engineer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled software engineer to develop and enhance trading software that facilitate millions of daily trades. The Sydney based engineering team work on a variety of applications and complex software systems that help solve business needs.

The local Sydney team focus on a wide range of applications and tools from trading algorithms, options pricing, calculating volatility, market risk, market data and more. This is a hands-on role where you will thrive on technology challenges. We are expanding several engineering teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in Java 11+. Advanced knowledge of the latest versions of Java is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Python – preferred for additional skills.
  • Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Ability to gather business requirements, communicate with key stakeholders and deliver solutions quickly.
  • Capacity to work on greenfield projects.
  • Knowledge of financial products would be beneficial but not required.
