About the Role:

As a Client Advisor with Frontline Recruitment, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading luxury fashion brand. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and sales skills to clients, ensuring an unforgettable shopping experience. You will be required to showcase your knowledge of the luxury fashion industry, provide personalized styling consultations, and cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clientele.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized styling consultations and recommendations to clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clientele.
  • Showcase exceptional knowledge of the luxury fashion industry.
  • Drive sales targets and meet or exceed set goals through proactive engagement and effective sales techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in luxury fashion and share insights with colleagues and clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the management team to optimize sales strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with a luxury fashion brand or a similar retail environment, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • A passion for luxury fashion and a keen eye for style, with a deep understanding of global and current trends, industry standards, and competitors offering.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with diverse clientele.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of the role are executed at a high level.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate the demands of the retail schedule.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
