The program is designed to provide you with a broad range of skills and expertise across diverse business areas. You will work with the latest technologies in the energy sector, gain extensive exposure to various roles and functions, and receive structured growth through training and development opportunities.

As a graduate, you will have access to over 60 unique placements offering an exceptional opportunity to broaden your skills and expertise. You will contribute to groundbreaking projects that make a difference in energy infrastructure, sustainability, and innovation.

We are recruiting:

  • Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineers: As engineering graduates, you will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technology and develop innovative solutions for real-world problems.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Degree: Hold or be in your final year of your degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Australian or New Zealand Citizen/Permanent Resident or eligible permanent visa holder.
  • Graduate or Expected Graduate by end of 2026.
  • Available for Assessment Centre in-person in Ultimo May 2026.
  • Demonstrate key qualities: Strong team player, clear communicator, lateral thinker, and passionate about environmental and social responsibility.
