About the Role

We're on the hunt for an exceptional individual to bring excitement and joy to our guests as a Party Host. As the face of our entertainment destination, you'll be responsible for crafting unforgettable birthday party experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create an electric atmosphere by engaging with guests, encouraging participation in games and activities, and ensuring an absolute blast is had by all.
  • Build strong relationships with our guests by providing top-notch customer service, attentiveness, and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering remarkable experiences.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all guests, adhering to relevant safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain one.
  • An infectious sense of humor, paired with the ability to think on your feet and handle any situation with poise and confidence.
  • The capacity to work well in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout your shift.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
