We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to fill a newly created People & HR Lead role within our organization.

The successful candidate will possess strong expertise across HR activities, including administration, recruitment and employment law. They will also have the opportunity to get involved in employee engagement and culture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold tertiary HR qualifications
  • Have at least 4 years of post-qualification experience in a generalist HR role
  • Demonstrate excellent relationship building skills

Requirements:

  • Be comfortable taking on a standalone HR role with support from the Culture & Operations Manager
  • Have the ability to establish the HR function and make the role your own
