Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Assistant in our Mona Vale store. As a Trade Industry Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining store displays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide expert advice and information on products to customers
  • SUPPORT CUSTOMER QUERIES AND OFFER SOLUTIONS
  • Maintain store displays and ensure a well-presented store
  • Process and maintain customer orders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous retail and/or trade experience – you might be a retail star, or a tradie looking for a break from the tools
  • A passion for tools and a willingness to learn
  • Enthusiasm, motivation, and a strong work ethic
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
  • Comfortable with technology – computer literacy is a must
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and some public holiday shifts

Salary Estimate
