The role of the Asset Management Specialist is a fast-paced and customer-focused position that requires flexibility, organisation, and a proactive approach. The team is responsible for managing customers through the term of their finance agreements and the end of term.
In this role, you will provide a high level of service to our customers, brokers, and colleagues, providing knowledgeable and timely responses to requests.
Daily Responsibilities- Action incoming requests and respond to requestors within 1-2 business days or sooner.
- Provide payout letters, invoices, or other documents as requested.
- Understand the payout calculation and be able to break down a payout amount to individual assets on a customer finance contract.
- Respond in writing to general enquiries from customers and brokers.
- Call customers or brokers where requested to do so.
- Manage return of assets to remarketing partners where relevant.
- Identify incoming payout payments and manage allocation to relevant contracts.
- Reconcile finance contracts and arrange contract termination when all payments received.
- Co-ordinate release of security (PPSR) when assets paid out or sold.
- Work collaboratively with other areas of the team, including Collections, Credit & Risk, Accounts Receivable.
