Front Office Coordinator

Our vibrant team is based in Brisbane, and we're looking for an exceptional Front Office Coordinator to provide top-notch support to our clients and staff.
If you excel at creating a warm and organized environment, this role might be perfect for you. As the first point of contact, you'll ensure seamless interactions with our clients and colleagues, while maintaining a polished appearance for our front-of-house area.
We're seeking someone who can manage various tasks efficiently, such as greeting clients, handling phone calls, and coordinating calendars. You'll also be responsible for keeping meeting rooms tidy, stocked, and ready for use, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our communal kitchen area.
Some additional responsibilities include managing mail, arranging couriers, and directing new client inquiries to our Concierge. You'll also assist with office maintenance, plant care, and general support, including helping with internal events.
Our ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive, with excellent customer service skills. If you have prior experience in reception or administration, that's a plus, but what matters most is your positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing situations.
In return, you'll enjoy a dynamic work environment, variety in your daily tasks, and the opportunity to make a real impact on our clients' experiences. With a salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, you'll be well-compensated for your efforts.
The Brisbane office is located in the James Street Precinct, surrounded by boutiques, cafes, and eateries, making it a great place to work and socialize.
