About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced educator to lead a team of dedicated professionals in providing exceptional care and education to young children. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with children, families, and colleagues, as well as contributing to the development of policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that meet the needs of children
  • Lead a team of educators in providing high-quality care and education
  • Maintain relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid certificate, including asthma and anaphylaxis training
  • A strong understanding of EYLF and NQS
  • Confidence to lead a team and mentor fellow educators
  • Passion for building positive, collaborative relationships
