Strategic Campaign Director

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Campaign Director to lead the end-to-end production of brand and marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

This role involves collaborating with creative, marketing, digital, editorial, and media teams to bring big ideas to life, managing timelines, budgets, and external partners while ensuring exceptional creative output that drives impact and aligns with our brand vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Production Management: Lead the end-to-end production process for high-volume and impact integrated campaigns from concept to delivery across channels (digital, social, broadcast, print, OOH, experiential).
  • Creative Development Support: Work closely with the internal creative team, external agencies, and freelancers to develop and refine campaign assets.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, media, publicity, digital, content, and editorial teams.
  • Vendor and Talent Management: Source, brief, and manage external partners including production companies, photographers, stylists, editors, and other creatives.
  • Budget Accountability: Own campaign production budgets, including building estimates, managing costs, and reconciling invoices.
  • Timeline and Logistics Coordination: Manage timelines, schedules, approvals, shoots, and post-production workflows.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure creative integrity and consistency across all outputs, upholding brand guidelines and compliance with legal and editorial standards.
About You:
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in creative production, content production, or campaign management (agency or in-house).
  • A strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and media channels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Deep knowledge of production workflows from pre-production and shoot planning to post-production and delivery.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing creative teams, vendors, and budgets.
  • Familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Trello, Asana, Airtable).
  • A background in advertising, television, film, or media production.
