About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Counselor and Therapist for Young Adults to join our team at YSAS.

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people aged 12-25 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver evidence-based focused psychological services, including CBT, IPT, ACT, and motivational interviewing, in an enhanced primary care setting.
  • Provide counseling services for a dedicated case list funded through MBS Better Access or other headspace program funding streams.
  • Ensure family-inclusive practice and explore support pathways for families.
  • Comply with professional standards and legislative requirements.
  • Participate in clinical supervision, case load reviews, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annumAbout the Role
