Early Childhood Education Leader Opportunity

As a leader in early childhood education, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team to create a safe and secure environment for young children to thrive.
With a passion for innovation and child development, you will work closely with educators and centre leadership to develop and implement evidence-based programs that set children up for success in formal schooling and beyond. You will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with children and families, ensuring they are supported to be brave, curious, and imaginative in their learning.

- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
- Lead and guide teams in developing and implementing an innovative early learning program that aligns with current best practices.
- Documenting and sharing with families on their children's learning and development progress.
- Actively contributing to the implementation and adoption of our educational framework.
To be considered, you will need to possess:
- A recognised qualification in Children's Services (Certificate III and/or Diploma)
- Prior experience in long day-care settings
- Sound understanding of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
- A valid Working with Children's Check.
