The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team as a Strategic Account Leader. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing integrated advertising projects from brief to completion, working closely with Strategy, Creative, and Production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Account Director and broader Account Management team in delivering exceptional results
- Manage fully integrated campaigns leveraging all disciplines, including advertising, CRM, and digital communications
- Organize project resources, ensuring tasks are completed within scope, timings, and budget, working with Operations and Producer teams
- Contribute to strategic briefing, development, discussion, and help write inspiring creative briefs
- Proactively manage briefs, timelines, WIPs, job numbers, and estimates
- Build and nurture positive working relationships with the wider agency team by actively listening and seeking guidance
- Act as a mentor to Account Managers and Account Executives, setting a positive example for team behavior, learning, and collaboration
- Generate strategically sound ideas and fresh thinking that challenges the client brand's perception in the market
Requirements
- Previous experience working in Account Manager or Senior Account Manager roles, preferably in a Creative or Comms Agency environment
- Experience in a multi-disciplinary team environment, where collaboration and communication are key
- Proven experience managing integrated campaigns and communications projects, driving business results
- Knowledge of advertising channels, including TV, radio, print production, sponsorships, and emerging media like digital, web, email, and mobile
- Passion for great ideas, underpinned by commitment to delivery and excellent communication skills
