You will have the chance to make a difference in the lives of our elderly residents, helping them live their best lives with dignity and respect.
Bupa's Graduate Program is now open for newly graduated Registered Nurses (within 18 months of graduation). Places in our Program are offered on a full-time basis, working 38 hours per week. If you are unable to commit to 38 hours a week, we may be able to consider a commitment of a minimum of 30 hours a week pending placement availability.
The Program includes four, 3-month long placements over 12 months, covering areas such as Assessment & Care Planning of the Older Person, Complex Health Care Needs, Caring for residents living with dementia, and Leadership.

To be eligible for the Program, you must have:
- Bachelor of Nursing, with an AHPRA registration
- High-level interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Clinical knowledge and problem-solving abilities
- Solid understanding of the professional, ethical and legal requirements of the role
- Well-developed time management skills
- Able to commit to the 12-month duration of the Program
