Main Responsibilities:
- Initiating and leading/supporting sales efforts, including managing large, complex, multidisciplinary projects, proposal writing and delivery.
- Project management experience with accountability for managing project risk and delivering performance.
- Client engagement activity with a local network and recent business development successes.
- Building effective working relationships within project teams, disciplines and business needs.
- Meeting business financial targets, overall project budget and schedule, client expectations and internal requirements.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 - 10 years' relevant experience in a consulting environment.
- Tertiary qualifications (or higher) in engineering, science, meteorology or chemistry.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and relevant legislation.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Strong initiative with the ability to work independently where required.
