We are seeking a 1st Year Apprentice to join our Caboolture team on a full-time basis. This opportunity will allow you to complete a Certificate III in Agricultural Mechanical Technology and gain valuable hands-on experience, skills, and support for a long-term career.

As a Service Technician Apprentice, you will work with world-class John Deere equipment, guided and instructed by qualified Trade personnel. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Diagnostics
  • Repairs
  • Maintenance
  • Assembly
  • Administration

You will also have the opportunity to work on a range of equipment, including tractors, ride-on mowers, power tools, Vermeer equipment, and compact construction equipment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualities:

  • A current driver's license with your own reliable transport
  • A strong aptitude for hands-on, mechanical tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliability, self-motivation, and a willingness to work
  • The ability to perform physical work in sometimes demanding conditions
  • The commitment to attend TAFE and pass all practical and theory-based training requirements of an apprenticeship
