Job Overview

The role of Shift Supervisor is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our Welcome Centers Central Services.

This position involves leading team members on shift, providing friendly customer service, and adhering to brand standards & food safety requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead shifts by motivating team members and encouraging excellent teamwork.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
  • Operational Tasks: Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures efficiently and accurately.
  • Cash Handling: Operate point-of-sale systems and follow cash handling policies strictly.
  • Food Safety: Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed and maintain a clean workspace at all times.
  • Training and Development: Assist in training new team members and execute assigned tasks effectively.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Shift Supervisor, you will need:

  • Cash Handling Experience: Proven experience in cash handling and customer service.
  • Leadership Skills: Shift supervisor or leadership experience is highly preferred.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
