We are seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to join our team, responsible for ensuring efficient supply chain processes and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participating in the on-site roster, 7 days per week, 365 days a year;
  • Working in various areas of the warehouse, including loading trucks and consolidating loads;
  • Communicating effectively with production teams to ensure seamless operations;
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment, adhering to established work practices and SOPs;
  • Minimizing waste and maximizing productivity in all processes;
  • Participating in training to develop skills and knowledge;
  • Understanding and complying with workplace health and safety, quarantine, and biosecurity standards.

Requirements:

  1. Hold a current Forklift License;
  2. Have at least 2 years of experience in an FMCG warehouse environment using LF;
  3. Demonstrate basic computer skills;
  4. Possess a 'can-do' attitude, working cooperatively and efficiently to meet daily requirements;
  5. Be accountable for your work;
  6. Thrive in a busy environment with strict deadlines;
  7. Demonstrate effective communication skills;
  8. Pay attention to detail and adhere to policies, procedures, and SOPs.
