Leading a venue's day-to-day operations demands exceptional leadership skills, and we're seeking an accomplished individual to spearhead our Haven Restaurant, Bar and Pool Club. This person will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences through polished service with a relaxed approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the venue's daily activities, including staff supervision, event planning, and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance departmental performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain a positive work environment that fosters learning, growth, and mutual respect.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality venues with a strong track record in similar roles.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple events simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a passion for developing and motivating staff.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and standard Microsoft Office applications.
