Futures in Education are leaders in sports development, reaching over 100 schools in the Sydney area, delivering physical education programs to primary school children. Over the last decade, they have developed into an education provider fit to educate the future of young Australians.

**Role Overview**

We are currently looking for motivated and enthusiastic coaches to help deliver physical education lessons starting Term 3 and onwards. We are looking for coaches who can work in schools around the Wollongong area.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable coaching experience in a supportive, inclusive and fun team environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Overseeing day-to-day teaching and instruction.
- Instructing students in the delivery of various physical education programs
- Implementing high quality age-appropriate lessons for primary school children.
- Promotion of the organization's values to grow the company.
- Unlocking students' true potential, preparing them for success.
- Engaging effectively with students, staff and colleagues, aligning with our philosophy.

**Requirements:**

- 1 year of previous coaching experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability during school hours of 8:30-3:30 pm
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Punctuality and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Fun, energetic, thoughtful and ambitious.
