About the Role

The Centre for Positive Behaviour Support (CPBS) is a renowned national organisation dedicated to making behaviour support services accessible to all. We champion a person-centered approach, specialising in thorough assessments and customised support plans that truly meet individual needs.

As a forward-thinking Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in conducting assessments, writing behavioural support plans and programmes, assisting with the implementation of plans, and supervising other practitioners. The work is based on the principles of Multi-Element Behaviour Support (MEBS) and Positive Behaviour Support for children and adults in home, community, and school/workplace settings.

You will be responsible for providing direct behavioural interventions in individual and group sessions, developing Functional Behavioural Assessments and Behaviour Analysis Support Plans, and supporting Behaviour Therapists and Support Workers.
