Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Property and Commercial Lawyer to join our team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of property and commercial transactions, developing your skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage residential and commercial property transactions, including drafting contracts, leases, and overseeing settlements.
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Managing residential and off-the-plan conveyancing files.
  • Draft and review commercial agreements, sale and purchase contracts, and other legal documentation.
  • Conduct property searches, due diligence, and assist with settlement procedures.
  • Provide legal advice on property development, leasing, and corporate transactions.
  • Support senior lawyers in legal research, strategy, and client consultations.
  • Support and supervise junior staff and contribute to the continuous improvement of legal services.
Requirements
  • 2+ years PQE in property and/or commercial law.
  • Proven experience managing property and commercial files independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented team player eager to develop expertise in property and commercial law.
