Talent International is seeking a skilled Technology Workforce Analyst to provide administrative support, analysis, and governance to our client, an Australian financial services institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for triaging and assigning tasks, reducing administrative overhead, and assisting with planning and coordination of Technology team events and meetings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Technology team, including task management and coordination.
- Assist with planning and coordination of Technology team events and meetings.
- Reconcile and process financial transactions for the Technology team.
- Collaborate with the Procurement team to create and manage a view of upcoming contract expirations.
- Maintain the Technology Workforce plan, ensuring data accuracy and currency.
- Assist with content creation and publishing for the organisational and technology division intranet site.
- Produce technology documents, including preparation, coordination, and formatting.
- Create and maintain key IT governance and operating model artefacts.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (desirable but not mandatory).
- Australian citizenship (must have).
- Strong written communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence (advantageous).
- Experience working within the Investment industry (favourable).
- Keen interest in technology and familiarity with digital collaboration and communication tools.
- High emotional intelligence, reflected in strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organised and motivated self-starter.
- Formal project management or project involvement (well-regarded).
- Willingness to engage with the broader Technology team.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team in a busy office environment.
