Working in a team that prioritizes safety, you will be responsible for leading project tasks and supervising a team of Leading Hands and Electricians.

The role involves working on a 2:1 roster at a remote underground mine site, where you will set an example for all Safety on site.

You will report task status, including forecast outcomes related to time, cost, scope, and quality, when required.

Maintaining records of work-in-progress and communications in line with the project management methodology is also an essential part of the role.

Additionally, you will participate in and inform project planning and auditing activities.

About You:
  • Bring a positive attitude.
  • Enjoy problem-solving.
  • Exhibit excellent Leadership in Safety.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a Supervisory role.
  • Previous underground mining experience.
  • Mining Supervisor (S123) desirable but not essential.
  • Experience in the use and interpretation of Project Scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera).
  • Quality Management experience.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Trade Certification/AQF Cert Level 3 Electro Tech.
  • NSW Electrical License.
  • High-risk work License (with WP class) desirable but not essential.
  • Working at Heights (Completed in the last 16 months) desirable but not essential.
  • Current CPR/LVR (within the last 9 months).
  • Current Unrestricted C Class Driver's License.
  • White/Blue Construction Card.

All your tickets and licenses MUST be current to commence on-site and be employed by us.
