HVAC Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HVAC professional to join our team. As a Core Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of commercial chillers and HVAC equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out planned and unplanned service, maintenance, and commissioning of all types of chiller plants, air handling units, and unitary air conditioning systems.
• Accurate and timely completion of required paperwork related to work performed.
• Participating in after-hours standby duty roster.
• Fostering professional working relationships amongst technicians and apprentices, demonstrating ability to work within pairs and smaller teams.
• Complying with all safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Actively participating in company-facilitated training and service meetings as required.
• Facilitating on-site training for technicians/apprentices and supervising allocated apprentice work.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 3+ years experience/exposure to commercial HVAC chillers.
• Trade qualification in refrigeration and air conditioning.
• Current restricted electrical license.
• Valid driver's license.
• Construction induction card (white card).
• Current ARC license.
• Experience in A/C maintenance and installations of all types.
• Good time management and customer service skills.
• Technical competence.
