About You:
- You have extensive experience in human resources, workforce development, and/or learning and development, with a strong understanding of HR management practices, policies, and public sector legislation.
- You possess knowledge of RTO standards, the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF), Training Accreditation Council (TAC), and VET compliance requirements.
- You have experience in business process improvement, including analysing and enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and quality in business operations.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate, build relationships, influence stakeholders, and prepare high-quality written documentation.
- You are well-developed in analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research, evaluate information, and develop practical solutions.
